This Privacy Policy describes how Tekinsight — Information Technologies ("we", "our" or "Tekinsight") collects, uses and protects information from users of the Memorex application ("Application" or "Memorex").

Summary: Memorex does not collect personally identifiable data. We only use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data in order to improve the app experience.

1. Information We Collect

The Application does not collect, store or process any personally identifiable data such as name, email address, phone number or precise location.

Through Firebase Analytics, we automatically collect anonymous and aggregated data, including:

Device type and operating system;
Device language;
Application usage events (e.g. screens visited, levels played);
Approximate session duration;
Country/region (based on IP address, without storing the IP).

2. How We Use the Information

The anonymous data collected is used exclusively to:

Understand how users interact with the Application;
Identify and fix technical issues;
Improve the user experience and Application performance;

The Application does not store any data locally on the device, beyond basic operational preferences. All analytical data is processed and stored on Google Firebase servers, in accordance with their security and retention policies.

We employ reasonable measures to protect the information collected. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
